We are trying to find out what you would prefer, a technical phone line at £0.60 per minute or a technical forum. We are not shutting the Tech line down, this is just another way for you to get Tech help. The reason we ask is because we are thinking of starting up a forum so you can get all your technical answers as well as chatting with other customers. There will, of course, be a subscription for this but we think it may benefit you.
