Correction
ON-LINE INDEX
IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ
If you find, after obtaining a security code from an index number, that the code is subsequently incorrect, e.g. it comes back with digits missing or a 5 digit code when only 4 digits are required etc, then you must let us know as soon as possible so that we can cancel the index entry. Failure to do this may result in you being charged for an incorrect code.
Here's what to do should the above occur: Use your browsers back button to return to this page and fill in the form below. Be sure to click send when you have completed the form. You will then shortly receive an automatic receipt of your message to assure you that your request has been successfully received.
NOTE: If what looks like a valid security code is returned by the system but is rejected by the radio, then the only way the code can be cancelled would be for you to return the radio to us (after obtaining a returns number) for inspection. We will then examine the radio and if necessary, re-code it manually. Our standard decode charge and return carriage costs would apply in this case but the cost of the incorrect index number would be credited against this charge.
When you have read the above then click the button to be sent to the Online Index Screen.![]()
